General conditions of sale for stays in bed and breakfast
Preamble
HANDIOASIS CORSICA is a guest house in Lieu dit Camellu, route de Calenzana 20214 Calenzana, managed by the company YOOLA SAS, a company registered with the RCS Nanterre under number 510 807 464 whose head office is located at 14 rue de Mantes, 92700 Colombes. YOOLA is a travel agency registered with Atout France under number IM075110275
Article 1 / Duration of stay
The customer signing this contract concluded for a fixed period may not under any circumstances claim any right to remain in the premises.
Article 2 / Reservation formalities
After receipt of your reservation, we will send you a written confirmation by e-mail and invite you to pay within a maximum of 72 hours (but more quickly if it is a reservation made with less notice) a deposit of 40% of the reservation. Once this deposit has been received, the reservation becomes firm. By paying the deposit, you confirm your full agreement with the general conditions specified below. Please note that without the payment of the deposit within the time limit, the reservation is not confirmed and that, consequently, we reserve the right to recover the rooms.
Article 3 / Cancellation of the stay by the customer
Any modification is only possible after the agreement of “YOOLA SAS” and may result in additional costs.
We inform you that in case of cancellation of the reservation before the beginning of the stay, it will be due, as a penalty clause by the customer, an indemnity fixed as follows:
– from the date of booking the deposit is non-refundable
– if the cancellation occurs less than 45 days before the date of arrival, the full payment will be retained by “YOOLA SAS”.
In the event of early departure during the stay: full payment of the reserved service.
Article 4 / Insurance
We would like to draw your attention to the fact that Assistance-Repatriation insurance is compulsory. When booking at HANDIOASIS Corsica, we will offer you automatic assistance-repatriation insurance via our travel agency YOOLA. In addition to this insurance, an optional Multi-risk insurance will be offered when you make your reservation.
Article 5 / Cancellation of the stay by the owner
If, before the start of the stay, the owner has to cancel the reservation, he must immediately inform his client by e-mail with acknowledgment of receipt. The customer will then be immediately and fully reimbursed for the sums he has already paid.
Article 6 / Time of arrival
Airport transfers are included when booking, in order to ensure the reception and transport of the customer, the latter must indicate his arrival time and his flight number, preferably, the customer will do his utmost to organize his arrival in 2 p.m. and 8 p.m. If the client arrives before 7 a.m. or after 8 p.m., a supplement of €20 will be charged. The rooms are available from 2 p.m. on the day of arrival
Article 7 / Time of departure
Airport transfers are included when booking, in order to ensure the registration and transport of the client, the latter must indicate his departure time and flight number, preferably, the client will do his utmost to organize his departure at 7 a.m. and 1 p.m. If the client leaves before 7 a.m. or after 8 p.m., an additional €20 will be charged. The rooms must be vacated at 10am on the morning of departure.
Article 8 / Payment of the accommodation balance
The balance of the stay is to be paid 40 days before arrival. Tourist taxes, €2.60 per adult and per night, are to be paid on site. Meals and drinks will be paid for on site the day before departure at the client’s initiative.
Article 10 / Change of rooms
Without the customer being able to claim any compensation, the owner reserves the right to change the room initially reserved by the customer with a room of the same capacity or a higher capacity. In such a case, the cost of the reservation remains unchanged.
Article 11 / Pets
Pets are not allowed. By way of derogation, small pets are accepted, but only in the ground floor room. Assistance dogs are not allowed in the guest house for health reasons.
Article 12 / Art of living and use of premises
In order to guarantee the tranquility of the place and the comfort of the guests of HANDIOASIS, respect for a certain “art of living” is required of all. In particular, it is requested not to smoke inside the rooms and common areas. The customer undertakes more generally to respect the instructions of good manners which will be indicated to him, those which are binding on all when one lives in community and the present general conditions of sale.
The customer undertakes to return the rooms in perfect condition at the end of the stay and to systematically declare – and to assume financially – any damage for which he would be responsible. It is specified that the kitchen available to the house is not left at the free disposal of the guests.
The attention of guests is drawn to the fact that minors living on the property are placed under the sole and entire responsibility of their parents or persons having authority over them.
HANDIOASIS will not accept any liability for loss, theft and/or damage or injury to property and/or persons on the property, regardless of the cause.
Article 13 / Modification of the conditions of sale
These conditions of sale are subject to change at any time and without notice. Acceptance and compliance with these conditions of sale are deemed acquired as soon as the deposit is paid.
